Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival. An iconic location in West Princes Street Gardens at the foot of Edinburgh Castle will house one of the most spectacular Spiegeltents: The Paradiso, which becomes the heart of the Festival. Art deco mirrors, stained glass windows, wooden features the tent is finished with velvet and brocade. Wooden booths surround rows of seating. The Spiegeltent will only be in Edinburgh the 10 days of the Festival.

This silent walking meditation is an open event. It will be led by the lay members of the Edinburgh Sangha of the Community of Interbeing, who follow the practice and teachings of Zen Buddhist Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. The walk begins in front of Lauriston Castle, 2 Cramond Road South, Edinburgh. Before the walk begins there will be a brief introduction to mindful walking as meditation practice. Children are welcome when accompanied by adults. Please remember to wrap up warmly.
